This dressing also makes a great marinade for fish, turkey or chicken.  

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup olive oil 
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp of honey 
  • ½ tsp of Dijon 
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced 
  • Pinch of sea salt and pepper 
  • 2-4 drops of lemon oil 
  • 1-2 drops of rosemary oil 

Preparation 

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake until well incorporated.  
  2. Will stay fresh in the fridge for 1 week.
